When you email us

Our contact links open your email application. Nothing is submitted until you send your email. We receive the information you choose to send, including your email address, and use it to respond to your inquiry. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Please do not send sensitive photographs or detailed health information with your initial inquiry. Before any commission, ask us about the production tools, image handling, and retention arrangements. Please only provide images you have permission to use.

Website measurement

We use PostHog to understand visits, concept-video plays, question opens, and clicks on email links. We record the page, referring website domain, campaign tags when present, and selected inquiry category. These help us understand interest in this service. Clicking an email link is not treated as a completed inquiry.

Our analytics configuration uses page-memory identifiers rather than persistent analytics cookies, disables session recordings and automatic click capture, and does not create person profiles. We do not ask analytics to record email contents or photos. The configuration disables IP-based analytics processing; network service providers necessarily receive connection information to deliver the website and analytics requests. Hosting providers may also retain operational logs.

We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by not loading analytics when either is enabled. Analytics may be blocked by browser settings or extensions. Images and sharing

The visual concept on this website features a fictional AI-generated person. It is not a customer testimonial. We will ask for separate permission before using a customer’s film or likeness in public marketing.

Your requests

You can email us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have supplied. Include enough detail to identify your inquiry, without sending additional sensitive information.
